Artists Bati Cruz and Sara Omidvar welcome you to our Digital Metaverse & Mental Health Art Show. Located in 600 Bay St. right by DUNDAS SQUARE this beautiful 4th floor studio is a place you won’t forget! 

This is no ordinary art gallery. With your tickets, you can get a special programme with QR codes that allow you to scan every work of art with your device to access interactive experiences in the metaverse space, such as animations, videos and websites. 

The CENTRAL PIECE of the show is the launch of a completely innovative DIGITAL AVATAR AMBASSADOR. The future is now, with these avatars, an AI programming will allow you enter a digital environment where you can present yourself virtually in a radical and creative way, replacing business cards altogether!

We have a special guest who will do a live seminar. Philip Ames is a Toronto-based Psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience, who will give his first-hand knowledge about the realities of mental health in Canada, and what needs to happen to bring about positive change. 

And to top it off, we have the amazing DJ GENERATING BEATZ who will be playing live music at this awesome venue!

BATI CRUZ

Bati Cruz is a 26-year-old Colombian-born filmmaker, visual artist, animator, and writer.

Having dealt with mental illness that went untreated all his life, he experience severe consequences from acting out on his disorders and fell into a deep abyss. 

Since 2020, Bati has climbed back by using art as his coping method and way to spread awareness about the importance of talking about Mental Health and getting rid of the stigma. 

Bati’s dream is to become a renowed artist, filmmaker and author and use his talents to make a change in society, and do positive things in the world. 

SARA OMIDVAR

Sara Omidvar is a 29-years old Iranian visual artist and graphic designer in Toronto, Canada.

She dealt with mental illness such as depression, anxiety and self harming for more than 14 years.

She hopes this art show would be a way to share her experiences with others, she wants to help those people who are dealing with these problems and tell them they are not alone.
